Mads & Igor have a special connection. They’re surrounded by friends and loving community, and spending time with them is like a cozy hug with joy and laughter.

We spent the day scoping out their wedding venue in Sooke, and took some time to get comfy behind and in front of the lens with each other before the big day.

French Beach and the Pumphouse were both great shoot locations on a beautiful summer day. We caught some sweet, loving moments, and many raw moments of silliness and affection.

I can’t wait to shoot their big day and to capture more of these moments.
